<br />. <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />200 Old Bernal <br />Wednesday, November 6, 1996 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of November 6, 1996, was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by <br />Chair Barker. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> <br />1. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners Geoff Cooper, Jack Dove, Harry Lutz, Robert <br />Wright and Chair Debra Barker <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Harold McGuirk <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Dennis Beougher, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Roger Higdon, Assistant Director of Public Works; and <br />Terri Czapinski, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes from the October 23, 1996, meeting were approved as written. <br /> <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson advised the Commission that Item 6a., UP-96-70, Pam Danforth and Jane Perkins, <br />and Item 6e., PUD-80-16-15D, CM + Corporation, were continued to November 20, 1996. Mr. <br />Iserson advised that a resolution bas been reached on the appeal of Item 6c., AP-96-08 (Z-96- <br />216, Rume and Barbara Eliasen). If no one is present to make a statement on this application, <br />this item can be removed from the agenda and referred to the Zoning Administer. Chair Barker <br />inquired if anyone in the audience wished to speak on Item 6c. There was no public comment; <br />. therefore, the Commission directed this item back to the Zoning Administrator. <br />
