Zoning for the property <br />is PUD-I/C-O (planned Uuit Development-Industrial/Commercial-Office) District. <br /> <br />Continued to November 6, 1996. <br /> <br />e. PUD-96-15. Utal Pronerties and Lamoste. et. aI. <br />Application for PUD development plan approval for 26 townhomes, common area, and a tot <br />lot located at 3374 and 3442 Santa Rita Road. Zoning for the property is PUD (planned Unit <br />Development) - HDR (High Density Residential) District. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson presented the staff report on the application for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />development plan approval for a 26-unit townhome project. <br /> <br />As background. a similar project was approved in 1991 for 27 townhouses. Since then the previous <br />project approvals lapsed, and a similar project has been submitted by Utal Properties for 26 units. <br />Staff feels the application bas been significantly improved and resulted in a better project. The eight <br />buildings would range in size from two to four units per building.
