Me. Iserson <br />stated that the Taubman Company has review rights for uses on this property, and until they agree <br />to this particular use, this application cannot be heard. Inc. <br />Application for Planned Unit Development plan approval for the subdivision of an <br />approximately 2.7-acre lot into five residential lots located southwest of the intersection of <br />Vineyard Avenue and Clara Lane. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- LDR (Low Density Residential) District. The Planning Commission will also consider the <br />Negative Declaration prepared for the project. <br /> <br />Continued indefinitely. <br /> <br />d. PUD-81-30-66D. Britannia Develooments <br />Application for Planned Unit Development design review approval for a one-story, 56,505 <br />square foot office building and a one-story, 34,200 square foot office building located at the <br />southeastern corner of Hopyard Road and Inglewood Drive. Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - I-C/O (Industrial-Commercial/Office) District. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson presented the application for the PUD design review approval to allow the construction <br />of two one-story office buildings totaling 90,705 sq. ft. This property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - I-C/O (Industrial-Commercial/Office) District. This is the fifth phase for the <br />Britannia Business Center in Hacienda Business Park located at the corner of Hopyard Road and <br />Inglewood Drive. The buildings will be similar in design to the other Britannia buildings in the <br />business park. They will be an office/industrial flex building design. The buildings will be arranged <br />in a U-shape with the loading doors on the interior and pedestrian access on the exterior sides. <br /> <br />The buildings would match the style of the previous Britannia buildings with concrete tilt-up walls <br />with a light beige color. recessed entry ways and large expanses of green glass. Approximately 25% <br />of the area will be landscaped.
