There is no cork popping from the bottles. <br /> <br />Mr. Beougher asked if federal tax is to be collected. Mr . Wells stated that this is for private <br />consumption and cannot be sold to retail consumers, therefore, no federal tax is collected. The <br />establishment must keep detailed records on anyone purchasing wine for the A TF. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk inquired about problems with the disposal of unclaimed wine.
