<br />Commissioner Dove motioned, seconded by Commissioner McGuirk, adopting a resolution <br />recommending approval of the attached draft Negative Declaration. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />A YES: Commissioners Cooper, Dove, Lutz, McGuirk and Chairwoman Barker <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Wright <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC 96-63 was entered adopting a resolution recommending approval of the <br />Negative Declaration, as motioned. <br /> <br />Commissioner Dove motioned, seconded by Commissioner Lutz, finding that the PUD rezoning <br />and development plan are consistent with the General Plan and purposes of the PUD ordinance. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Cooper, Dove, Lutz, McGuirk and Chairwoman Barker <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Wright <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />The motion carried. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Commissioner Dove motioned, seconded by Commissioner McGuirk, recommending to the City <br />Council approval of Case PUD 96-13 for PUD rezoning and development plan approval, subject <br />to the conditions listed in Exhibit B, with the following modifications: <br /> <br />Condition 18-b-ii: <br /> <br />The letter size for the major tenant retail signs on the east elevation <br />of the building shall be 36" for one sign and 30" with 36" for upper <br />case letters. <br />In-n-Out Burger may use its customary "arrow" logo. <br />Change "north elevation" to "west elevation." <br />per staff memorandums dated Augnst 27, 1996 and <br />August 28, 1996. <br /> <br />Condition 18-a-iii: <br />Condition 18-d-i: <br />Condition 82: <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Cooper, Dove, Lutz, McGuirk and Chairwoman Barker <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Wright <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC 96-64 was entered finding that the PUD rezoning and development plan are <br />consistent with the General Plan and purposes of the PUD ordinance, and recommending to the <br />City Council approval of Case PUD-,.13 for PUn rezoning and development plan approval, <br />as motioned. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Minutes <br /> <br />Page 15 <br /> <br />August 28, 1996 <br />
