He noted that it may not be needed in the case ot tne <br />Boehringer Mannheim application because, after touring their Concord facility, Me. Iserson stated <br />they have very little hazardous materials on site. Also, the City currently has a Hazardous Materials <br />Ordinance to control chemical use at the facility. <br /> <br />8. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br /> <br />a. Future Planninl!: Calendar <br />Commissioner Barker asked if the meetings could start at 7:30 pm instead of7:00 pm. It was <br />determined other Commissioners would rather meet earlier in order to adjourn the meeting earlier. <br />No change was made. <br /> <br />b. Higdon advised Commissioner Barker that letters have been sent and telephone calls <br />made to the developer regarding the weeds in the medians on Vineyard. If there is no response by <br />Tuesday, the City will have to find some way to clean up the medians. <br /> <br />12.
