He concurs with Mr. Cannon's <br />opinion about the livability of the project, but other such projects have proven marketable. He would <br />like to have a condition added requiring concrete sealer for the common court areas. <br /> <br />Commissioner Barker is pleased to see the completion of the arroyo trail system. <br /> <br />Chairman Lutz feels the completion of the trail will be a real amenity to the residents and the City <br />of Pleasanton.
