Simature ProDerties/Verona Homeowners Association <br />Application for a major modification to an approved Planned Unit Development to add two <br />parking spaces on Verde Court and to delete the requirement to construct barbecue areas <br />at two locations (one between Lots 51 and 52 in Tract 6551 and the other between Lots 18 <br />and 19 in Tract 6442) in the Verona development located at Stoneridge Drive and West Las <br />Positas Blvd. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - HDR (High <br />Density Residential) District. <br /> <br />Continued indefinitely. <br /> <br />f. PUD-96-09. Patco Enterorises <br />Application for rezoning from the A (Agriculture) District to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - MDR (Medium Density Residential) District and PUD Development Plan <br />approval for eleven clustered, single-family detached units on an approximately 1.66-acre <br />lot located at 4110 Del Valle Parkway. The proposal also includes construction of an <br />8'0" wide, paved bicycle/pedestrian trail located in the Arroyo Del Valle from the Union <br />Pacific Railroad bridge to the existing trail-head located east of Main Street near Vervais <br />Drive.
