UP-96-28. DeAnn Tavlor <br />Application for a conditional use permit to operate a consignment shop located at 3037 <br />Hopyard Road, Suite L (Hopyard Village). Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - C-C (Central Commercial) District. <br /> <br />Me. Swift presented the staff report on the application for a conditional use permit to operate <br />a consignment shop (secondhand store) located at 3037 Hopyard Road, Suite L (Hopyard <br />Village). Because this is a consignment store, staff believes the problems associated with <br />another thrift shop once located in this shopping center will not occur with this application <br />(donations being dropped off when the store was closed). Staff recommends approval of this <br />conditional use permit. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED <br /> <br />DeAnn Taylor, 8195 Mulberry Place, Dublin, represented her application. She advised that she <br />has read the staff report and is in agreement with the conditions of approval. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED <br /> <br />Commissioner Barker motioned, seconded by Commissioner Wright, making the conditional <br />use permit findings and approving Case UP-96-28 subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit <br />B. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Barker, Cooper, Wright and Chairman Lutz <br />None <br />Commissioner McGuirk <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC 96-44 was entered approving Case UP-96-28, as motioned. <br />
