Modification to the Develonment A\!:reement for Wells Far\!:? <br />Application for an amendment to the Development Agreement to extend the term by five years, <br />from August 9, 2000, to August 9, 2005; for an amendment to the Reimbursement Agreement <br />to clarify the method and manner of construction and/or payment for certain public <br />improvements required as mitigation measures; and for an amendment to the Development <br />Deferment Agreement to conform its term to the new term of the Development Agreement, for <br />the Stoneridge Corporate Plaza II located east of Stoneridge Mall between Stoneridge Mall <br />Road and ffighway 1-680. <br /> <br />Continued to June 26, 1996. <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Cooper thanked staff for their efforts in getting the Foothill Road improvements <br />expedited. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding a dinner in honor of Jack Hovingh. Staff will handle arrangements. <br /> <br />Commissioner Dove inquired of staff if Ms. Linda Conn (earlier applicant) had received a completed <br />Police Investigation report. Staff believes she did, however, it is a condition of approval of her use <br />permit. Discussion continued that it may be a good idea to get a quarterly report from the Police <br />Department of those persons who seek such reports directly from the Police Department. <br /> <br />Discussion continued regarding the vacation schedules of the Commissioners. It seemed there would <br />be a quorum at all meetings. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk inquired of Me. Higdon if the trimming of the Stoneridge (west) median <br />landscaping had been scheduled. Staff noted it was indeed on the maintenance schedule. <br /> <br />Commissioner Barker inquired about the landscaping of the Vineyard A venue medians. Staff noted <br />that two of the four empty medians in front of Diablo Vista will be landscaped by the developer. <br />The City bas plans to 19M!ll'.ape the other medians. however, it needs to be put into the Capital <br />Improvement Program. Mr. Higdon advised that school-age youngsters will work with the <br />mllintenance department to help with the weeding of these medians.
