Commissioner Dove feels that it is not <br />advisable to put anything in the General Plan that is economically impossible. Commissioner <br />Wright concurred. The Commission agreed to change Policy 12 to extend BART to Livermore <br />instead of Tracy. <br /> <br />Commissioner Barker asked Commissioner Wright if <br />regarding the West DublinlPleasanton BART Station. <br />commissioners responded. <br /> <br />he wanted to delete Program 12.3 <br />He concurred; however, no other <br /> <br />IV. Staff advised that the State defmes special needs <br />and includes single head of household. This change was agreed to by the <br />Commissioners. <br /> <br />Commissioner Barker suggested that there be a City program developed to help first-time home <br />buyers to purchase existing housing. Mr. Beougher discussed similar programs that the City <br />now has. <br /> <br />Page IV-15, Program 2.1: Chairman Lutz feels that the high-density minimum of 15 housing <br />units per acre should be taken out. No modifications were made. <br /> <br />Page IV-25, Program 12.4: A proposal was made to change "is present to ensure..." to "is <br />provided to ensure..."
