<br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />In response to Commissioner McGuirk, the six inch curb is needed to keep cars out of <br />landscaping and to help with draittage. Mr. Iserson felt some flexibility could be used to <br />remove curbing in some locations. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh stated he supports the project and considers it a very nice <br />architectural project. <br /> <br />Commissioner Barker also concurred that she likes the project. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright concurs with the applicant's request for a three foot setback but they <br />must accommodate the utility services. He also agrees to the deletion of the evergreen trees. <br />Commissioner Wright would like staff to work with the applicant in the placement of the six <br />inch curbing. He again noted that he would like some sealer placed on the concrete in the <br />driveways and visitor parking. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk feels the project is good looking and will support it. <br /> <br />Commissioner Barker motioned, seconded by Commissioner Wright, recommending <br />approval of the draft Negative Declaration. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Barker, Hovingh, McGuirk, Wright and Chairman Lutz <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC 96-26 was entered adopting the draft Negative Declaration, as <br />motioned. <br /> <br />Commissioner Barker motioned, seconded by Commissioner McGuirk, finding the PUD <br />rezoning and development plan are consistent with the General Plan and purposes of the <br />PUD ordinance and recommending approval of Case PUD-96-03 for PUD rezoning and <br />development plan approval, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit B, with the <br />following modifications: <br /> <br />Condition 9B: <br /> <br />Have a minimum three foot setback and three foot fence, <br />subject to accommodating service utilities, <br /> <br />Condition 15: <br /> <br />Delete. <br /> <br />Condition 17B: <br /> <br />Delete. <br /> <br />Condition 19: <br /> <br />Work with staff in the placement of six inch curbs. <br /> <br />PlannIng Commission Minute. <br /> <br />Page 11 <br /> <br />April 24, 1996 <br />
