ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners Debra Barker, Jack Dove, Jack Hovingh, Hal <br />McGuirk, Bob Wright and Chairman Harry Lutz <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Dennis Beougher, Assistant <br />City Attorney; Roger Higdon, Assistant Director of Public <br />Works; and Terri Czapinski, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />2.
