<br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Commissioners and staff discussed the modifications to Condition 7, the STC rating of <br />the windows, and the requirement for red-letter stenciling on the curbs. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk advised that he cannot support this application because of he cannot <br />make the first finding with respect to the STC window rating. Commissioner McGuirk felt <br />Signature had a good product in a poor location. He did not feel the noise mitigation <br />measures were in the best interests of the residents. Commissioner Barker concurred. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh motioned, seconded by Commissioner Wright, making the <br />tentative map findings for the proposed subdivisions and approving Vesting Tentative <br />Tract 6740 and 6820 subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit B, with the following <br />modifications: <br /> <br />Condition 7a: <br /> <br />Change 5'0" to 3'0" and delete the second sentence. <br /> <br />Condition 7b: <br /> <br />Second sentence to read "All sanitary sewer mains and lines <br />shall be pnblic." <br /> <br />Condition 6: <br /> <br />" ... shall be stenciled in red letters on a white background on <br />the private street..." <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Dove, Hovingh, and Wright <br />Commissioners Barker and McGuirk <br />Chairman Lutz <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-96-07 was entered making the tentative map findings and approving <br />Vesting Tentative Tract 6740 and 6820, as motioned. <br /> <br />2...
