· Page 3 November 30, 2004 Task 7 - Revise Permits The permits from the Corps of Engineers, Regional Water Quality Contral Board and the Department of Fish and Game will need to be modified and extended to cover the revisions to the project plan. Task 8 - Determine Mitigation Credits The revised plan changes the amount of riparian and channel habitat created for mitigation banking. The amount of mitigation area created using grant funds versus other sources of funding will be determined for the new plan. We anticipate that considerable negotiation wi~h the agencies will be needed to reach agreement on the fair share costs and mitigation credits created by the revised plan. (Note: This task was not included in the original work plan. It is an essential task if the City plans to use the constructed habitat to offset mitigation requirements for other projects.) Drawing Reproduction The number of requests we have received for copies of drawings has far exceeded our original estimates for the work. Coordination with City staff, developers and other City contractors has required that we provide many more copies of the drawings. It is difficult to estimate the number of copies we will be asked to provide as the work continues. Therefore, we propose to provide copies of drawings on a cost reimbursable basis. ESTIMATED COST The following table summarizes the estimated cost to complete the tasks listed above.
