J <br />! <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Chair Cooper stated that the Affordable Housing Commission is in the process of developing a <br />new process whereby all PUD applications would be reviewed for affordable housing <br />components at the initial application stage. <br /> <br /> <br />The Commission briefly discussed the golf course and the changes that have been made from <br />the original plan. Commissioner Dove noted that he had attended a recent meeting involving <br />the golf course and the application will be coming before the Planning Commission in February <br />or March, 1998. Mr. Higdon offered to describe the golf course project to the Commission next <br />month in order to provide a history. <br /> <br />Commissioner Barker reported that she has been working with the Downtown Task Force and <br />she related the current objectives of the task force. The Commission briefly discussed the <br />Wayside Park and concluded that a restroom and a dog walk would be useful. <br /> <br />8. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br /> <br />a. Future Planninl! Consideration of the comDosition of the DroDosed Herital!e Tree ADDeals Board <br />Commissioner Barker stated that she was in favor of three people appointed by the <br />Mayor. The rest of the Commission stated that the Board should include representatives from <br />the Planning and Parks and Recreation Commissions. <br /> <br />9.
