A motion was made by Commissioner Wright, seconded by Commissioner Barker, recommending approval of staff's recommendation to require the details for acquiring off- site property to be resolved prior to tentative map approval. ROLL CALL VOTE AYES: Commissioners Barker, Kumaran, Lutz and Wright, and Chair Cooper NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None The Commission discussed staff's recommendation of Condition 4, which would prevent second story additions to single-story homes on lots 6,7, 11, 13, 19,22,23,41,42, and 43. Commissioner Wright stated that he believes the provision should be deleted because it only prohibits homeowners in the new development from adding a second story, and leaves existing neighbors free to add a second story. He also believes that it is an issue that should be raised with the Commission and design review when, and if, the issue arises. Chair Cooper and Commission Dove agree. Commissioners Barker and Lutz agree with staff's recommendations.
