A discussion took place regarding the design <br />options for lots 3 and 6. Greenbriar <br />Application for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for 111 <br />single-family detached homes on 56.2 (+ 1-) acres located on the northerly side of Sycamore <br />Road approximately 1800' easterly of Sunol Boulevard, and use permit approval to allow <br />an aupairlsecondary unit to be offered as an option for house plans #3 and #4. Zoning for <br />the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - A/LDR (Agricultural/Low Density <br />Residential) District. A Negative Declaration will also be considered for this project. <br /> <br />The staff report was presented by Greg Plucker. He stated that the proposed applications from <br />Greenbriar Sycamore Valley Company consists of three separate requests for approval. <br /> <br />Mr. Plucker reviewed the history of the North Sycamore Specific Plan (NSSP). He noted that <br />the proposed Greenbriar PUD is the first development application that was intended by the <br />NSSP. He further described the various lot sizes and designs and options that would be <br />available. <br /> <br />Mr. Plucker stated that access to the new development would be provided by way of a new road <br />referred to in the plan as "A" Street. He noted a number of concerns expressed by some of the <br />residents relating to "A" Street and described the various comments and the alternatives that <br />have been suggested.
