Commissioner Kumaran stated that none of the options will make everyone happy. He stated that he does not believe that the Commission needs to force a consensus among themselves. . Commissioner Barker stated that traffic calming on KoHn should happen now, there is no reason to wait for this development. She stated that she believes the traffic calming on KolIn should begin tomorrow. Chair Cooper agreed that KolIn traffic calming is not dependent on what they do with this development. A motion was made by Commissioner Wright, seconded by Commissioner Barker, finding that the project would not have a significant impact on the environment and recommending adoption of the draft Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-96-10.
