MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright stated that he has received a copy of staff's letter to Mika's Drive-thru Coffee, <br />but the planters and the striping have still not been installed. <br /> <br />Commissioner Lutz requested that the Commission receive copies of reports regarding the Vineyard <br />Corridor as they are completed to allow the Commissioners sufficient time to review these materials. <br />He noted that he will not be in attendance at the next meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Dove expressed his concern that an applicant can come in with an application for an <br />existing structure and the City is unable to have any recourse. Mr. Iserson advised that the State law <br />allows cities to fine those that do not follow City codes, but, thus far, Pleasanton's policy is not to <br />fine, but to impose conditions. <br /> <br />8.
