City of Pleasanton <br />Application to consider an amendment to Chapter 18.44 (Commercial Districts) and 18.88 (Off- <br />Street Parking Facilities) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code to change the regulations for <br />massage requirements to permit the administrative approval of small massage establishments <br />if certain criteria are met, to conditionally permit gymnasiums and health clubs which include <br />massage services in the Commercial Regional Districts, and to change the parking requirements <br />for massage establishments in the Central Commercial District. <br /> <br />This item was continued to the August 27, 1997, meeting. <br /> <br />f. Z-97-143. Nils Swann <br />Application for design review approval to construct an approximately 10,102 square foot <br />addition to an existing building located at 6678 Owens Drive. Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - l/C-O (Industrial/Commercial-Office). <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson presented the staff report recommending approval of Case Z-97-143, subject to the <br />conditions of the staff report. He provided an overview of the project including building design, <br />traffic, and parking.
