She encouraged <br />Mr. Gill and the West Las Positas Committee members to voice out their neighborhood concerns at <br />their meetings because that is their responsibility and no one else would address it if they did not. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kumaran commented that the uniqueness of Pleasanton is that the City has always had <br />a solution before the problem. Infrastructure should be built before problems develop to ease the <br />17 intersections. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lutz, seconded by Commissioner Dove, reconfirming the <br />Planning Commission's finding that the proposed Development Agreement is consistent with the <br />goals and policies of the General Plan. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Cooper, Dove, and Lutz, and Chair Barker <br />Commissioner Kumaran <br />Commissioner Wright <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC 97-62 was entered and adopted reconfirming the Planning Commission's <br />finding that the proposed Development Agreement is consistent with the goals and policies of <br />the General Plan, as motioned. <br /> <br />Another motion was made by Commissioner Lutz, seconded by Commissioner Dove, <br />reconfirming the Planning Commission's recommendation of the draft amendment to the <br />Development Agreement, modified to include the Conditions attached as "Exhibit A." <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Cooper, Dove, and Lutz, and Chair Barker <br />Commissioner Kumaran <br />Commissioner Wright <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC 97-63 was entered and adopted reconf'rrming the Planning Commission's <br />recommendation of the draft amendment to the Development Agreement, modified to include <br />the Conditions attached as "Exhibit A," as motioned. <br /> <br />7.
