<br />There was consensus that if there is no need to hold a meeting on July 9, the regular meeting should <br />be canceled. <br /> <br />b. Actions of the City Council <br /> <br />Commissioner Cooper commented that he was surprised to see the City Council voted to overturn <br />the Planning Commission's recommendation to implement a seasonal air quality monitoring program <br />for the Hacienda Business Park, particularly in light of the new EPA mandated standards. He noted <br />that he felt this action was done with minimal discussion and that it was imprudent. Mr. Swift noted <br />that Councilmember Pico raised the issue and that he did not vote in favor of the modification of the <br />air quality monitoring program. <br /> <br />c. Actions of the Zonim!
