A motion was made by Commissioner Wright, ~econded by Commissioner Lutz, recommending approval of the draft Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-97-06. ROLL CALL VOTE AYES: NOES: ABSENT: ABSTAIN: Commissioners Cooper, Kumaran, Lutz, and Wright, and Chair Barker None None None Resolution No. PC 97-50 was entered and adopted recommending approval ofthe draft Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-97-06. A motion was made by Commissioner Wright, seconded by Commissioner Lutz, finding that the PUD development plan (Site Plan 1) is consistent with the General Plan and purposes of the PUD ordinance. ROLL CALL VOTE AYES: NOES: ABSENT: ABSTAIN: Commissioners Kumaran, Lutz, and Wright Commissioner Cooper and Chair Barker None None A motion was made by Commissioner Wright, seconded by Commissioner Kumaran, recommending approval of Case PUD-97-06, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit"B," with the following modifications: . Add a condition requiring the lap siding to match the California Reflections project. . Add a condition to change the name of the block of Reflections Drive where the entrance to the project is located to "California Avenue," or provide the facility with a Stanley Boulevard address, or both. . Amend Condition No. 20, to allow the applicant to work with the City in reconstructing the "gateway to the City" welcome sign which displays the names of the City's service clubs, and allow the business name of the facility on the sign.
