UP-97-23. Katherine Klaooerich <br />Application for a conditional use permit to conduct massage therapy within an existing office <br />suite located at 1811 Santa Rita Road, Suite 222. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) - C (Commercial) District. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson presented the staff report recommending approval of Case UP-97-23, subject to the <br />conditions of the staff report. He noted that the applicant is currently operating a massage therapist <br />business at this location, but in a different suite. He advised the Commission that another therapist <br />could operate a massage therapist business from the suite Ms. Klapperich is vacating with the <br />remaining two therapists under the previously approved conditional use permit. This would be the <br />fourth massage therapist business in the building. Mr. Iserson stated that staff had not heard from <br />any surrounding property owners regarding this application. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED <br /> <br />Katherine Klapperich, 1811 Santa Rita Road, represented the application.
