ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners GeoffCooper, Jack Dove, Kris Kumaran, Harry Lutz, <br />Robert Wright and Chair Barker <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Dennis Beougher, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Steven Bocian, Assistant City Manager; Roger Higdon, <br />Assistant Director of Public Works; and Katherine Ferreira, Recording <br />Secretary <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes of the May 14, 1997, meeting were approved with the following revision: <br /> <br />Page 17, first paragraph, change "insane" to "ill-considered." <br /> <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson noted that Item 7.a., Election of Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson was inadvertently <br />placed on the agenda, as elections routinely take place in May. This item will appear on the <br />Commission's agenda for the first meeting in August. <br /> <br />5. MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> <br />There were none. <br />
