<br />APPROVED <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />200 Old Bernal <br />Wednesday, May 14, 1997 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of May 14, 1997, was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chair <br />Barker. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> <br />1.. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners GeoffCooper, Jack Dove, Kris Kumaran, Harry Lutz, <br />Robert Wright and Chair Debra Barker <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Dennis Beougher, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Roger Higdon, Assistant Director of Public Works; and Terri <br />Czapinski, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes of the April 23, 1997, meeting were approved as written. <br /> <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson advised that Item 6g., PUD_81_30_38M/PUD-85-08-15M, Hacienda Owners Association, <br />was continued to May 28, 1997. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kumaran requested that Items 6b and 6c be continued because he was not able to gain <br />access to Golden Eagle Farms to view the site. He suggested that the public hearing be opened, but <br />that the final decision be continued. After some discussion, it was not the wish of the remaining <br />Commissioners to continue the decisions on the Golden Eagle Farms/Adobe items. <br />
