ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners Geoff Cooper, Jack Dove, Harry Lutz, Robert Wright <br />and Chair Barker <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Dennis Beougher, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Roger Higdon, Assistant Director of Public Works; and <br />Terri Czapinski, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Chair Barker requested the following addition to the minutes of the March 23, 1997, meeting: <br /> <br />Page 7, first paragraph, add after 1st sentence: Chair Barker stated that she had informed the <br />Affordable Housing Commission that interior designs were not the purview of the Planning <br />Commission and they might want to pursue the reinstatement of the Design Review Board to address <br />their design issues. That might be a more appropriate forum. <br /> <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson advised that Item 6d., PUD-85-15-7M, Golden Eagle Farm/Currin and Item 6e., UP-96- <br />08, Bernal Adobe Special Events Center, were continued to April 23, 1997. <br />
