<br />APPROVED <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />200 Old Bernal <br />Wednesday, March 26,1997 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Plamting Commission meeting of March 12, 1997, was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Vice <br />Chair Barker. Chair Barker arrived as roll call was being taken. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> <br />L. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners Geoff Cooper, Jack Dove, Harry Lutz, Robert Wright <br />and Chair Barker <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Dennis Beougher, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Roger Higdon, Assistant Director of Public Works; and <br />Terri Czapinski, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Commissioner Cooper requested the following modifications: <br /> <br />Page 8, top of page: "He feels there is a potential for problems in selling alcohol from a <br />neighborhood store during these hours (midnight to 6 am)." <br /> <br />Page 9, 2nd paragraph: "... feels the Commission should not regulate alcohol sales in this <br />case other than limiting the store hours to 6 am to 12 midnight." <br /> <br />Page 11, 3rd paragraph: change "extended earlier" to "extended later, as late as 8 pm if the <br />applicant desires. " <br /> <br />Chair Barker noted on page 9, first vote record, remove her name for "Absent" and insert "None." <br /> <br />The Minutes from the March 12, 1997, meeting were approved as modified. <br /> <br />.---.--.-.----------.--------. <br />
