<br />Commissioner Lutz inquired what was meant by the condition specifying the kitchen will have food <br />items available. Mr. Iserson stated they are not requiring a fun dinner be available, but some type <br />of snack food items be available to possibly minimize the effects of alcohol consumption. <br /> <br />Commissioner Dove commented that a similar application was before the Commission and staff <br />required kitchen staff be available to provide a full meal menu after 10 p.m. Staff advised that <br />particular situation was more sensitive because the restaurant and bar were located in a <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED <br /> <br />Susan Garcia, 888 Russet Drive, Sunnyvale, represented her application. Ms. Garcia advised that <br />they had intended to have a kitchen person on site, with a full appetizer menu available after 11 pm. <br />Also, there will be no microwaves on site. The property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) - C-N (Neighborhood <br />Commercial) District. This area has a mixture of retail stores and personal service businesses.
