<br />APPROVED <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />200 Old Bernal <br />Wednesday, March 12, 1997 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of March 12, 1997, was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chair <br />Barker. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> <br />1.. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners Geoff Cooper, Jack Dove, Harry Lutz, Robert Wright <br />and Chair Barker <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Dennis Beougher, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Roger Higdon, Assistant Director of Public Works; Scott <br />Erickson, Housing Specialist; and Terri Czapinski, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes from the February 26, 1997, meeting were approved with the following addition: <br /> <br />Commissioner Cooper wanted the Minutes to reflect that his "no" vote on the Early Learning <br />Institute application was based solely on the traffic situation and access on Stone Pointe Way, <br />otherwise it was a good proposal and he had no objection to it. <br /> <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson advised that Item 6c, PUD-85-15-7M, Golden Eagle Farm/Currin and Item 6d, UP-96- <br />08, Bernal Adobe Special Events Center, were continued to April 9, 1997. <br /> <br />5. MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> <br />There were none. <br />
