Calendar <br /> <br />It was noted that the Merritt/Scholes application has been held up for some geotechnical work. That <br />is now underway and the application may be before the Planning Commission in the near future. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson noted the City Council will hold a public workshop on March 6 regarding the Laurel <br />Meadows development. <br /> <br />b. Actions of the Citv Council <br /> <br />Commissioner Cooper noted the Del Valle Court Homeowners issue was denied by Council. He <br />feels when the Planning Commission makes a recommendation that is different from staff's <br />recommendation, staff should present the reasons for the Planning Commission's vote in their oral <br />report to the City Council. <br /> <br />c.
