Commissioner Wright motioned, seconded by Commissioner Dove, finding that the proposed prezoning would not have a significant impact on the environment and adopt the draft resolution recommending approval of the attached Initial Study and Negative Declaration. ROLL CALL VOTE A YES: Commissioners Cooper, Dove, Lutz, Wright and Chair Barker NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None Resolution No. PC 97-12 was entered finding that the proposed prezoning would not have a significant impact on the environment and approving the attached draft Negative Declaration, as motioned. Commissioner Wright motioned, seconded by Commissioner Dove, finding that the PUD - LDR zoning district with a maximum gross density approaching 2 du/ac is consistent with the Pleasanton General Plan. Commissioner Wright motioned, seconded by Commissioner Dove, adopting a resolution recommending approval to the City Council of the proposed prezoning to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - LDR (Low Density Residential) zoning district with a maximum density approaching 2 du/ac (i.e., 1.999 du/ac). ROLL CALL VOTE AYES: NOES: ABSENT: ABSTAIN: Commissioners Dove, Lutz, and Wright Commissioner Cooper and Chair Barker None None Resolution No. PC 97-14 was entered recommending approval to the City Council of the proposed prezoning to PUD - LDR zoning district with a maximum density approaching 2 dulac, as motioned. The no votes of Commissioner Cooper and Chair Barker were because the prezoning was at a maximum density range and there were no additional amenities included in the PUD.
