<br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Lutz discussed that he feels the Planning Commission should urge the City Council <br />to address growth management issues. Chair Barker would like to see a Design Review Committee <br />assembled to help staff and the Commission with project design review. Commissioner Cooper feels <br />there should be a slow-down of the phasing of projects. Mr. Beougher advised this should be <br />agendized and discussed before making a recommendation. <br /> <br />Chair Barker wanted on the record that the Planning Commission unanimously urges the City <br />Council to deal with growth management and this will be agendized for a recommendation. <br /> <br />Chair Barker would also like fee waivers for affordable housing put on the agenda. <br /> <br />8.
