Chair Barker <br />.~ cannot support this project at this time. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright addressed Condition 7, the percentage of single-story homes in the <br />development. He would like to see 20-25 % single-story homes in the project. Commissioner <br />Cooper agreed, feeling it would make the neighborhood look less massive. <br /> <br />Commissioner Barker motioned to delay the project.
