He would like to see 20-25 % single-story homes in the project. Commissioner Cooper agreed, feeling it would make the neighborhood look less massive. Commissioner Barker motioned to delay the project. The motion died for lack of a second. Commissioner Wright motioned, seconded by Commissioner Lutz, adopting a resolution recommending approval of the attached draft Negative Declaration.
