<br />Considerable discussion ensued whether or not vehicle parking should be allowed in this area. Chair <br />Barker noted that without the retaining wall, there would not be adequate space for parking. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Commissioner Lutz motioned, seconded by Commissioner Wright, approviug the existing <br />retaining wall and grading of Case PUD-90-18-2M, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit B. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Lutz, McGuirk, and Wright <br />NOES: Commissioner Cooper and Chair Barker <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Chair Barker and Commissioner Cooper objected to the motion based on the use of pressure-treated <br />wood material. <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC 97-02 was entered approving Case PUD-90-18-2M, as motioned. <br /> <br />c. Pleasanton Mobile Home Park/Jerry Walmer <br />Application for a conditional use permit to add an additional mobile home space within the <br />Pleasanton Mobile Home Park and to allow half of the spaces in the Park to be used as an RV <br />facility located at 4202 Stanley Boulevard. Zoning for the property is C-F (Freeway <br />Commercial) District. <br />This application was withdrawn by the applicant. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />d. Soecific Plan Amendment SPA-95-01. Stoneridl!e Drive Soecific Plan. Alameda Countv <br />Application to modify the adopted Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan to reduce the amount of <br />commercial acreage from 103 acres to approximately 40 acres, include 45 acres of new <br />residential land uses at the Medium Density Residential range (2-8 units per acre), and relocate <br />and expand the 17-acre active use community park to a 33-acre community sports park. A <br />Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Report has been prepared which evaluates the <br />potential environmental impacts of the proposed amendment. The approximately 128-acre site <br />is located west of EI Charro Road, south of Interstate 1-580, east of the California Somerset and <br />California Place neighborhoods, and north of the Kaiser Sand and Gravel site. <br />Continued to a future meeting. <br /> <br />e. PUD-96-02. "California Somerset II". Kaufman and Broad/Alameda Countv <br />Application for Planned Unit Development prezoning to PUD-MDR (2-8 units per acre) and <br />development plan approval to construct 80 townhomes for sale to moderate and lower-income <br />buyers and 231 single-family detached homes on an approximately 45-acre site; and an <br />application to prezone an approximately 40-acre site to PUD-MCOIPD (Mixed Commercial <br />Office Industrial Planned Development) and a 33-acre site to Public and Institutional for a <br />public park. The approximately 128-acre site is located west of EI Charro Road, south of 1-580, <br />east of the California Place and California Somerset neighborhoods, and north of the Kaiser <br />Sand and Gravel site, and is part of the Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan area. This area of the <br />Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan is currently designated for commercial and light industrial uses <br />and for a public park.
