19...700 Conditions and T,.ime Limits <br /> The Conantsslon may put any reasonable conditions or terms and <br /> require necessary contracts in granting a Zoning Permlt. Conditional Use <br /> Permit or Variance and such approval may be for a period not exceeding six <br /> (6) months. Application for an additional six(6) months period my be <br /> requested. Application for extension must be made in writing to the <br /> Commission prior to expiration of each six (6) months period. <br /> <br /> 1,9.,800 .. ~oni.n~ Pe.rmit <br /> <br /> 19.801 The p~rpose of the Zoning Permit is to allow the applicant <br /> and the Plannir~ Cb~nission to determine whether the conditions of this <br /> Ordinance have been met. <br /> <br /> 19.802' AppliCation for a Zoning Permit may include approvals where <br /> required for the following: <br /> <br /> a. Performance Standard~ <br /> b. Sit~ Plan and Architectural <br /> c; LandSCape <br /> d, Piahned Unit Development <br /> <br /> 19.803 Performance Standards Approval. <br /> <br />._ 1) Application. The applicant shall submit in duplicate a <br /> plan of the proposed construction or developnmnt, including a description <br /> of ~he proposed machinery, processes and products, and specifications for <br /> the mechanisms and techniques to be used in restricting the omission of <br /> dangerous and objectionable elements specified in Article 17 of this <br /> Ordinance. Cost of the special reports required to process the application, <br /> shall be in addition to any filing fee. <br /> <br /> 2) Report by Exp~rt Consultants. If the opinion of the <br /> Planning Connnission, the proposed use may cause the emission of dangerous <br /> or objectionable elements, the Commission may refer the applicant to one <br /> or more expert consultants for investigation and report. A copy of such <br /> report shall also be furnished to the applicant. <br /> <br /> 3) Review by Commission -- Within thirty (30) days after <br /> the Connnission has receff. ved the aforesaid application or the aforesaid <br /> report i£ a report was required, or within such period as agreed to by the <br /> applicant, the Commis~ion shall decide whether the proposed use will conform <br /> to the applicable performance standards and shall authorize, refuse to <br /> authorize, or require a modification of the plan, construction, proposed <br /> equipment or operation. <br /> <br /> ~) Performance Standards Approval. Authorization shall be <br /> conditioned upon (a) the applican~s completed buildings and installa~ions <br /> operating at the required performance standards, and (b) the applicant <br /> paying the fees for services of the expert consultants deemed reasonable <br /> and necessary by the Commission. <br /> <br /> 41 <br /> <br /> <br />
