Every public <br />or private parking area, commercial parking lot, automobile or trailer sales <br />lot shall be developed and maintained in accordance with the following re- <br />eluirements: <br /> <br /> 1. Screening and Landscaping. Off-street parking areas for more <br />than 5 vehicles shall be effectively screcz~ed on each side adjoining or <br />facing any R-District or institutional premises by a masonry wall or solid <br />fence. Such wall or fence shall be not less than 4 feet or more than 6 <br />feet in height, maintained in good conditionas and without any advertising <br />thereon, Any space between such wall or fence and the side lot line, or <br />the front lot line fa~_inS premises, in any R-District shall be landscaped <br />and maintained in go6d condition. <br /> <br /> 2. HinimumDistances and Set-Backs. No parking area for more <br />than 5 vehicles shall be closer than 10 feet to any dwelling, school, <br />hospital or other institution for human care located on any adjoining lot. <br />If not in an R-District but adJoinin~ such district, the parking area shall <br />have at least a 10 foot set-back from the established street right-of-way <br />line within 50 feet of any R-District boundary. <br /> <br /> 30 <br /> <br /> <br />
