17.112 Electrical Disturbance. No use shall emit electrical dis- <br />turbance adversely affecting the operation of any equipment of any person <br />not connected~rlth such use. <br /> <br /> 17.113 Smoke. No smoke shall make a visible grey smoke of a shade <br />equal to or darker than No. 1 on the Po~erssMicro-Ringlemann Chart, <br />published by McGrav~Hill Publishing Company, Inc., and copyright 1954, <br />as used by the United States Bureau ofFLines, except that visible grey <br />smoke of a shade equal to No. 2 on said chart may be emitted for 4minutes <br />in any 30minutes. <br /> <br /> 17.114 Air Pollution. No air pollution shall be permitted which <br />causes any damage to health, to animals, vegetation, or other forms of <br />property, or ~Thich causes any excessive soiling. No emission shall be <br />permitted in excess of the standards specified in Table I, Chapter Five, <br />"Industrial Hygiene Standards, l~ximum Allowable Concentrations" of the <br />'~ir Pollution Abatement Manual", copyright 1951 by ltanufacturing <br />Chemistst Association, Inc., Washington, D.C., copies of which are on <br />file with the City Clerk. No emission of any solid or liquid particles <br />in concentrations shall exceed 0.3 grains per cu.ft. of the conveying gas <br />at any point. In measuring the amount of particles in gases resultir~ <br />from combustion, standard corrections shall be applied to a stack temperature <br />of 500 degrees Fahrenheit and fifty (50) percent excess air. <br /> <br /> 1~7.200 P~rkinl~_ and Loadi~ <br /> <br /> 17.201 Off-street Loading Spaces Required. Every building or part <br />thereof hereafter erected having a gross floor area of 10,000 square <br />feet orbore occupied by manufacturing, storage, warehouse, goods dis- <br />play, retail store, wholesale store, market, hotel, hospital, mortuary, <br />laundry, dry cleaning or other uses similarly requiring delivery by <br />vehicles, there shall be on the same lot at least I off-street loading <br />space; and further, additional such loading space for each 20,000 square <br />feet or major fraction thereof of gross floor area. <br /> <br /> 17.202 Each loading space shall be at least 10 feet wide, 40 feet <br />long and 14 feet high. <br /> <br /> 17.203 Such space amy occupy all or any part of the required yard <br />or court space. <br /> <br /> 17.204 No such space shall be less than 50 feet from any R District, <br />unless enclosed on all sides by a wall of 8 feet or more in height. 1.7,300.
