_ /'f' 16.602 An accessory building attached to themin building shall be made structurally a part and have a counnon wall vith themin build- ing and shall comply in all respects x~th the requirements of this Ordinance applicable to the main building. Unless so attached, an accessory building in an R District shall be located on the rear ~ of the lot and at least lO feet from any dwelling building existing or under construction ou the same lot and at least 10 feet from a residen- tial structure existing or under construction on any adjacent lot. Any accessory building shall not be located within 5 feet of any rear lot line or side line of the rear half of an adjacent lot, or, in the case of the corner lot, shall not project beyond the front line required or existin~ on the adjacent lot. , 16.603 Accessory buildings shall not exceed 30'Per cent of the area of the required rear yard. Garden shelters, storage shelters, and covered patios shall be permitted as accessory buildings provided that these uses are not equipped for use as living quarters. 16.604 Guest house accessory buildings shall be located on the rear half of the building site and shall not be closer than 14 feet from the nearestpoint of the main building. There shall be not more than one guest house on any one building site which together with other accessory buildings shall not exceed 30 per cent of the rear yard on which it is built. No kitchen or cooking facilities shall be permitted in any guest house. 16,700 Street Frontage. RJquire~. No lot shall contain any build- ing used in whole or part for residential purposes unless at least 35 feet of such lot fronts on a public street. 16,800 Required Area or Sp~ce Cannot be Reduced.
