SEPARABILITY: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause <br />or phrase of this ordinance is ~br any reason held to be invalid or uncon- <br />stitutional., such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining <br />portions of the ordinance. The Council of the City of Pleasanton hereby <br />declares that it would have passed this section, sentence, clause, and phrase <br />thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more of other sections, <br />subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared invalid or unconstitu- <br />tional. <br /> <br /> Section 11. PUBLICATION: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption <br />of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in The Times. <br /> <br /> Section 12.
