The applicant shall obtain all building and other applicable City permits for the indoor <br />recreational facility operation prior to the commencement of the use. All code <br />requirements pertaining to exiting, occupancy, handicap access, and related matters shall <br />be met to the satisfaction of the building and fire departments prior to issuance of any <br />permits. All side and rear doors shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of <br />building permits. <br /> <br />9. The applicant shall install a noise muffling wall along the northern and eastern walls <br />surrounding the laser tag arena to attenuate noise. The wall shall be designed to achieve <br />an STC rating of 45-50, subject to the satisfaction of the Chief Building Official. The <br />applicant shall ensure that the exterior noise does not exceed 50dB. <br /> <br />10. The emergency exit door(s) from the proposed suite are to remain closed, but unlocked, <br />during normal operating hours except in the case of an emergency. <br /> <br />II. This use permit is not transferable to another address. A new application must be made if <br />the applicant relocates to another site. <br /> <br />12. No signage or exterior building modifications for the business are approved as part of this <br />application. Any signage shall conform to the previously-approved sign program for the <br />building. No exterior chan~es to the building shall be made. nor shall any existin~ <br />window be modified or covered. without desi~n review &pproval by the Plannin~ <br />Director. The existing west (front) storefront glass shall be retained, and the main <br />entrance to the facility shall be on the west elevation; the floor plan shall be changed to <br />accommodate this entrance. No awning shall be back-lit. <br /> <br />13. The applicant shall provide a detailed floor plan and building elevations with the plans <br />submitted for issuance of building permits for the tenant improvements. The floor plan <br />shall show the location of the video games, which shall be placed so as to be in direct line <br />of sight of an employee at all times. <br /> <br />14. The sale or consumption of alcohol shall be prohibited at this site. <br /> <br />15. The applicant shall maintain the area surrounding the laser tag tenant space in a clean and <br />orderly manner at all times. <br /> <br />16. In the event that nuisances are created through the operation of the laser tag facility, <br />either within the facility itself or by its patrons in the vicinity of the facility, the Planning <br />Director may refer the conditional use permit to the Planning Commission for review at a <br />public hearing. If necessary, the Planning Commission may add additional conditions of <br />approval or may revoke the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />17. A business license shall be obtained from the City of Pleasanton upon approval of said <br />use permit. <br /> <br />{ end} <br />
