<br />Resolution No. PC-96-64 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-96-13, the <br />application of Delta Properties for a Planned Unit Development rezoning to permit <br />additional commercial uses for this site within the Pleasanton Park PUD and <br />development plan approval to construct an approximately 49,250 square foot retail <br />center, a 126-suite hotel (66,800 square foot Candlewood Hotel), a 2,900 square foot <br />fast food restaurant (In-n-Out Burger), and a maximum 8,500 square foot restaurant <br />on an approximately nine-acre site located on the northeast corner of Owens Drive <br />and Johnson Drive. <br /> <br />Section 2.
