<br />20. All initial site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the <br />hours of8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Construction equipment shall <br />not exceed a noise level of eighty-six (86) dBA at the property line. <br /> <br />21. Dust and mud shall be contained within the boundaries of the property during times of <br />construction. <br /> <br />22. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from existing <br />residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br />23. No construction materials shall be stored within the public right-of-way. <br /> <br />24. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />Fire Protection: <br /> <br />25. All natural grassland areas of the site shall be mowed annually (or more frequently if di- <br />rected to do so by the Fire Marshall) by the homeowner for fire management purposes. <br />Ground covers adjacent to these areas shall be irrigated in order to provide a "wet blan- <br />ket" effect for fire management purposes. <br /> <br />26. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection. <br /> <br />27. The house shall the meet the fire and security requirements in Chapters 20.24 and 20.36 <br />of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br />28. The applicant shall ensure that fire protection facilities and a water supply capable of fur- <br />nishing the required fire flow shall be installed and serviceable prior to and during the <br />time of construction. <br /> <br />Existing Trees: <br /> <br />29. The applicant shall comply with the recommendations of the tree report for this lot, "Tree <br />Report for Bonde Ranch Lot #38", prepared by HortScience, Inc., dated March, 1996. <br />The recommendations shall be stated on the final site plan, landscape plan, and grading <br />and drainage plan before issuance of a building permit. No tree trimming or pruning <br />other than that specified in the tree report shall occur. The applicant shall arrange for the <br />horticultural consultant to conduct a field inspection prior to commencement of grading <br />activities to ensure that all grading protection recommendations have been properly im- <br />plemented. The tree consultant shall certify in writing that all recommendations have <br />been followed upon completion of the project. <br />
