<br />Resolution No. PC-96-60 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is attractive and <br />well-designed and appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-80-16-8M/PUD-80-16-13D, the application of <br />Brad Hirst and Thomas Properties for a Planned Unit Development major <br />modification to allow the construction of an approximately 62,188 square foot, one- <br />and two-story office, research and development, and light manufacturing building <br />located on an approximately 3.96 acre site on the northeast comer of Stoneridge Drive <br />and Bradley Drive by the existing Bank of America building, subject to the conditions <br />shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part ofthis case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. Recommends that the City Council expedite its action regarding this application in <br />order to allow the applicant to proceed with construction as soon as possible. <br /> <br />Section 3.
