Commission Meeting Dates 2026 Page 1 of 1 November 19, 2025 <br /> <br /> <br /> Energy and Environment Commission <br />Agenda Report <br /> November 19, 2025 <br /> Item 4 <br /> <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Energy and Environment Commission Regular Meeting Dates for 2026 <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br />Annually, the Energy and Environment Commission reviews its regular meeting calendar and <br />adjusts it as needed due to holidays or other potential schedule conflicts. The Energy and <br />Environment Commission's regular meetings are typically held at 5:30 pm on the third <br />Wednesday of the month (quarterly). The Commission meets in the City Council Chamber at <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br />Staff recommends the Commission review the proposed regular meeting calendar for 2026. <br />Revisions may be suggested as necessary. If acceptable, staff suggests the Commission <br />approve the calendar.
