Public Hearing - Hear an appeal of the Planning Commission’s determination and <br />adopt a resolution upholding the approval of an application for Administrative Design <br />Review to install six, approximately 15-foot-tall, tennis court lights in the rear yard <br />located at 2207 Martin Avenue, filed under Case No. P25-0236 <br />Recommendation: Adopt a resolution upholding the Planning Commission’s <br />determination upholding the Zoning Administrator’s determination to approve an <br />application for Administrative Design Review to install six, approximately 15-foot-tall, <br />tennis court lights in the rear yard of a property located at 2207 Martin Avenue, filed <br />under Case No. P25-0236, based on the required findings and subject to the draft <br />Conditions of Approval listed in Attachment 1. <br /> <br />Presentation by Diego Mora, Associate Planner. <br />Presentation by appellant, Michele Peterson. <br />Presentation by applicant, Ashish Choudhary. <br /> <br />Mayor Balch opened public comment.
