Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br />Recommendation: Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. <br />3. Public Hearing - Adopt Ordinance No. 2301 an Ordinance of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton, amending section 5.28.080 system of assessments to permit <br />changes to the manner in which the annual assessment is levied within the <br />Downtown Pleasanton Business Improvement District, and to levy the annual <br />assessment for 2026 <br />Recommendation: Public Hearing - Adopt Ordinance No. 2301 an Ordinance of the <br />City Council of the City of Pleasanton, amending section 5.28.080 system of <br />assessments to permit changes to the manner in which the annual assessment is <br />levied within the Downtown Pleasanton Business Improvement District, and to levy <br />the annual assessment for 2026. <br />4. Accept the public improvements performed by Columbia Electric for the Valley <br />Avenue and Northway Road Traffic Signal Installation Project, CIP No. 23532, and <br />authorize the return of the remaining project funds to the Gas Tax Fund (Fund 160) <br />and the Traffic Impact Fee Fund (Fund 212) <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Accept the project as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice <br />of Completion. <br />2. Authorize the release of retention in the amount of $59,134.76 to Columbia <br />Electric, 30 days after the recordation of the Notice of Completion. <br />3. Authorize the return of the remaining project funding, in the amount of <br />$137,179 to the fund balance in the Traffic Impact Fee Fund (Fund 212) and <br />the Gas Tax Fund (Fund 160). <br /> <br />Finance <br /> <br />6.
