<br />h. The soils engineer shall certifY that the building pad compactions containing fill to the <br />satisfaction of the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of building <br />permits. <br /> <br />i. Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on computer <br />disk in a format approved by the Director. Digitized information shall be submitted <br />before requesting a final inspection and should reflect as-built situs and architectural <br />information as approved by the Director. <br /> <br />j. The developer shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible <br />from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time hours. <br /> <br />18. Construction Requirements: <br /> <br />a. All site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the hours <br />of 8 :00 a.m. to 8 :00 p.m., Monday through Saturday unless otherwise approved by the <br />Planning Director. After 5:00 p.m., construction traffic shall use Hopyard Road to <br />access the site tolfrom 1-580. If the Planning Director receives complaints regarding <br />construction and/or construction traffic noise, the Planning Director may modify the <br />construction hours and/or add conditions to mitigate the noise impacts. <br /> <br />b. All construction equipment must meet California Department of Motor Vehicle noise <br />standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />c. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living <br />or sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from <br />the site at the end of each work day. <br /> <br />d. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />e. Portable toilets used during construction shall be emptied on a regular basis as <br />necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br />19. Fire/Police Department Requirements: <br /> <br />a. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter <br />20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />b.
