The property owner shall install lattice panel extensions to the top of the existing <br />masonry wall located along the rear property lines of 2790 and 2808 Longspur <br />Way. The lattice panels shall match the design and height of the existing lattice <br />panels at 2778 Longspur Way (approximately 3 1/2 ft. tall). A plan for the design <br />and location of the lattice panel extensions shall be submitted for review and <br />approval by the Planning Director within 14 days of the date of approval of this <br />modification. The lattice panel extensions shall be installed within 30 days ofthe <br />date of approval by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />b. The property owner shall install new trees and shrubs within the 20 ft. wide <br />planter strip adjacent to the Longspur Way neighbors' backyards. The <br />landscaping shall be installed within 30 days of the date oflandscape plan <br />approval by the Planning Director. Irrigation shall be adjusted to accommodate <br />the new landscaping. In the event that any ofthese plants die, the owner of the <br />shopping center shall have them immediately replaced with new trees/shrubs of <br />the same species. Replacement trees shall be a minimum of24 inch box size and <br />shrubs shall be a minimum 5 gallon size. <br /> <br />3. The property owner shall obtain all building and other applicable City permits for the <br />parking lot lighting and lattice panel extensions prior to commencement of construction. <br /> <br />4. Except as modified by conditions 1 through 3, above, all conditions of Cases PUD-85-1O <br />through PUD-85-l0-3M, and Ordinance No. 1598, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />5. The gate shall be closed and locked between the hours of7:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. <br />
